Sebagai adik, terlalu banyak kebaikan yang dicurahkan buat kami sedari dari kecil hingga ke akhir hayatnya. Semuaga Abang Shaari (suami), Mohamad Nor (anak lelaki) Nor Asyikin (anak perempuan) bersabar dalam menerima dugaan dari Allah. Buat Abah, takdir telah menentukan semuanya. Bersabarlah dan redha dengan ketentuannya. Semuga rohnya ditempatkan bersama orang-orang yang beriman dan beramal soleh.

Lastly, I hope she will be blessed and will belong among all the mukminin in the afterlife. Nothing much to say. Just hoping that those who read this could give her an al-fatihah recitation and pray so that she will be protected and blessed by Allah the Almighty. Al-FATIHAH......

Yesterday,i left my
room to go the toilet,i heard my the message tone from my phone.i didnt
think of it much.it's usually one of those spam sms about how i've won a
Porsche and to redeem it,i have to message "yes" to a certain number.in
less than 10 minutes,i heard 3 message tones.that was weird,i thought.
when i finally went back to my room to check my phone,there was 3 messages.two from my dad.another one from my sister.the first one from my dad said that my parents are in Palong (the village where my paternal grandfather lives),something about my aunt being really sick.the message from my sister was about the same thing.the third message was,however,my dad telling me that my aunt had just passed away.
it was sad,i had to admit.death has always affected me deeply.i sometimes cry from just learning about the death of a friend's parents or grandparents.imagine how i'd feel to learn that one of my own relatives had died.
well,my aunt was actually my dad's elder sister.i didnt know many of my father's relatives.most of them live very far away,this one aunt is the closest relative that i know from this side of the family.i wont go into depth about the rest of my dad's siblings.
she was very,very nice.i had always thought of her as the female version of my dad.seriously,they look very similar.her family was not very well off.they are not very rich.but she was very generous.whenever we came to visit,we never leave empty handed.there were always kuihs and kerepeks to bring home.even on hari raya she gave us some money even though i know well that she didnt have a lot herself.
she worked hard,sacrificed a lot,took care of my late grandmother when she was sick,took care of my sick grandfather.she was a really good woman!
anyway,last year she was admitted to the hospital with acute abdomen.she suffered from peritonitis resulting from a perforated colon.the doctors removed part of her colon and from then on,she had to live with a colostomy.as it turned out,she's been suffering from colon cancer.i didnt know the exact details of it,though.but she had been on chemotherapy for over a year.i guess things took a turn for the worse a few weeks ago.and she died yesterday,finally freed from this worldly suffering.
well,i hope she have a good place in the afterlife,among the other mukmeen of this world.i hope anyone reading this would be kind enough to recite alFathihah for her and pray for her soul.thanks
